The October House is the brand of Matt Burgett: artist, sculptor, pumpkin carver extraordinaire, and enthusiast of all things Halloween and the season of Fall. For his new identity, we created a logo inspired by retro Halloween illustrations. The logo was designed to be responsive to how it is used—featuring plenty of spooky details when reproduced large and becoming simpler as it gets smaller—to create a consistent look for The October House across every medium, from t-shirts to tiny social media icons. We then created a range of product logos for his custom pumpkins and mask rehaul services.
